OUR PROCESS
We’ve streamlined our entire process to
make designing and building your bespoke
garden room smooth and stress-free.
To keep things clear, we’ve broken it down into four simple stages: enquiry, details, build and completion. Below, we walk you through exactly what happens at each step.
1 – ENQUIRY
Your journey begins with a simple enquiry.
The quickest way to get started is to give our team a call — a brief 10-minute chat is usually all we need to understand your project. Or, if a call isn’t convenient, you can send us an email or complete our enquiry form instead.
We’ll talk through what you’re looking for, whether it’s a garden room, annex, extension, or general building work, and gather the key details such as size, finish level, and any specific requirements.
Once we have the basics, we’ll arrange a no-obligation site visit to your garden to assess the space and discuss your ideas in person.

2 – THE DETAILS
After assessing access, foundations, electrics, storage and the overall logistics of the build, using photos of your garden, we create a detailed visual of what your garden room will look like. This helps you accurately picture the size, layout and finishes, and allows us to refine the design around how you plan to use the room.
Once you’re happy with the proposed design, we finalise all technical details and confirm the full specification. We then provide a free, no-obligation quote covering everything discussed.
When you’re ready to proceed, we draw up the contract, confirm your build date and order materials — and the project moves forward with confidence.
3 – THE BUILD
Before work starts, we create a WhatsApp group with you and the team, keeping communication clear throughout the build.
Day one is focused on materials delivery and site setup and day two marks the start of construction. During which, we’ll confirm the exact position of the room before foundations and floor construction begin. Shortly after, door and window positions are finalised with yourself.
From there, the main build progresses, followed by first-fix electrics where you’ll choose the positions for lighting, sockets, heating and the fuse board.
Finally, the plasterer completes the interior, electrics are connected to your home and the finishing touches are added — and your new garden room is ready to enjoy.

4 – THE END
Most garden rooms take around two weeks to build, with an additional week for flooring, painting and final electrical work, although this can vary depending on the design.
After completion, we allow your new garden room a week or two to settle. If any small snags appear, our team will return to take care of them — ensuring everything is finished exactly as it should be and as you wanted.
We also keep the WhatsApp group open, so you can easily get in touch whenever you need us.
